*Speed test must be conducted using the Digis speed test authorized for your area of service. Speeds tests are measured to the perimeter of the Digis network. Comparative speed tests must be conducted on the same day of the week and time of day. Price comparison must be made based on the the standard monthly price for a minimum of the contract period, and must include all applicable taxes, rental fees and other applicable charges. A copy of the competing service bill must be provided as proof of actual final costs. Short-term promotional offers, such as three-month or twelve-month promotional periods, do not qualify.
